Shine Bright Mobile is not responsible for any damage that exists on a vehicle, property, or surface prior to the start of service. This includes, but is not limited to:
By booking a service with Shine Bright Mobile, you acknowledge that any pre-existing conditions on your vehicle or property are not the responsibility of Shine Bright Mobile and will not be subject to a warranty claim or damage dispute.
A $50 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable; however, it is not lost - it will be credited toward your total balance at the time of service completion.
The remaining balance is due in full upon job completion. Shine Bright Mobile accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as agreed upon at the time of booking. A processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments. To avoid this fee, payment by cash is accepted.
If the job is not completed due to a cancellation by the customer (see Section 3), the $50 deposit will not be refunded and will not be carried over to a future booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We understand that schedules change. To reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.
If Shine Bright Mobile needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment issues, etc.), your deposit will be fully credited to your next appointment.

Shine Bright Mobile will advise customers on legal tint levels upon request, but we are not liable for any traffic citations, fines, or legal consequences resulting from a customer's choice of tint darkness.
Certain window films - particularly metallic and ceramic films - may affect the performance of electronic devices, including but not limited to:
Shine Bright Mobile is not liable for any interference with electronic devices or signals that results from the installation of window film. Customers who have concerns about signal interference should discuss film options with us prior to booking.
